The traditional king of Sheboygan's summer festivals. This annual event which pays homage to a grand Sheboygan culinary tradition — the bratwurst — features a variety of free entertainment on three stages, with national entertainment on the main stage. A huge parade takes place on Saturday morning and is followed by activities for the entire family. Other events include a flea market, bratwurst eating contest, and midway carnival rides and games. It all begins with the Brat Trot run in the morning. Sponsored by Sheboygan Jaycees.
