In general, the only way that Innworks receives any private information about you is if you choose to provide this information to us. We may request or require this information if it is necessary to rent a room at a hotel or to resolve a customer service issue. There are certain third-party sites - such as those for online hotel reservations - that we provide links to in order to facilitate certain transactions. We do not control the policies of those third-party sites, so it is your responsibility to review those sites' privacy policies should you have concerns.

In addition, certain hotel chains that Innworks is affiliated with may collect private data about lodging consumers. Again, we do not control the privacy and data security policies of those hotel chains. If you have concerns about how your private data may be used by those hotel chains, please contact the chains themselves.

Innworks retains limited private data for financial and operational recordkeeping purposes. In general, we will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent. However, we may be compelled to do so without your prior consent as required by US Federal, state and local law, regulation or court order, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, to comply with a legal process such as a court order, subpeona, search warrant, or a law enforcement request.
